Room Rates

Room rates are daily, for two people. Additional guests are $50 per person. The rates include our beautiful signature Little Inn-to-Table breakfast, complimentary boat tour,* sunset apéro, daily housekeeping, concierge services, and use of kayaks, beach equipment, and lawn games.

Room rates do not include:

Massachusetts Lodging Tax of 11.7%
Cape & Islands Water Tax of 2.75%
Any gratuities for staff

*The harbor tour on “A Little Boat” is complimentary to guests staying the minimum number of nights for that season. Other guests may participate for a fee. No monetary credit given if weather conditions are unsuitable to go out, or if guests choose not to participate.

Deposits and cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking, with the balance collected 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations are confirmed immediately if booked online or when a deposit is received.
Deposits are refundable for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, less a credit card processing fee equal to 6% of the deposit.
Any cancellation between 30-14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Full payment for the entire stay is required if the reservation is canceled or shortened within 14 days of arrival.

Many of our guests choose to invest in travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances that may result in needing to cancel all or part of your reservation. You can find many insurance providers online.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in begins at 3:00pm. Early check-in can be arranged on request. If you will be arriving after 7:00pm, please let us know so we can make arrangements.

Check-out time is 11:00am.

Children

The artwork, antiques, and gardens at the Inn are not optimized for curious little hands. We welcome children 10 years and older.

Pets

Sorry! Eloise, our sweet and funny white labrador, is likely to bring you the morning newspaper or the occasional random shoe. But in the interest of minimizing doggo mayhem and preserving a peaceful sanctuary for everyone, we can't take additional furry friends. We can suggest a nearby kennel or pet sitter if needed.
